Boskey’s Grille is a locally loved, upscale casual restaurant and bar located at WillowBrook Golf Club in Manchester, TN. Known for our welcoming atmosphere, scratch-made food, and stunning golf course views, we take pride in providing exceptional service to locals, golfers, and visitors alike. We’re currently seeking motivated, professional, and experienced servers to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals who are passionate about hospitality and capable of crafting a memorable dining experience for our guests. Candidates must have prior serving experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly with a warm, friendly attitude

• Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into POS system

• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service

• Stay up to date on menu items, daily specials, and events

Requirements:

• Prior serving experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting (required)

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Professional demeanor and appearance

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must be 18+ and able to serve alcohol in compliance with state laws

• TABC Certification (preferred but not required at time of hire)
